Return PolicyCelia’s Boutique accepts returns of any full-priced online purchase*.
A Return Authorization Number must be requested from Celia’s Boutique within 7 days of delivery of the product, refunds will be issued in store credit only.
Product must be in new and original condition and packaging. For example, unwashed and unworn or any indication of usage. Tags must still be attached and shoes must be returned with original shoe box, no scuff marks or any indication of being worn. Original shipping cost are non refundable. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
All discounted and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund/return.
Once an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has been received products must be returned within 10 days.
All returned products require an RMA number. Returns received without this number will not be credited.

You may also email us at info@shopceliasboutique.com to request an RMA number Please include your order number (invoice #) your name, and the item number you are returning.
PLEASE NOTE: Products returned without an RMA will not be credited. To receive full credit, items must be shipped within 10 days from the da the RMA Number and shipping information were provided by Celia’s Boutique.
RETURN SHIPPING:
Unless Celia’s Boutique made an error, return freight is the customer’s responsibility. We will be happy to help you determine shipping method to use once you have requested your RMA Number. We highly recommend insuring luxurious items for their retail value to protect against shipping damage.
Your refund will be processed as an in house merchandise store credit. We will email you a eGift Card for upon receipt of your return with the amount of your refund to use on our website or in our physical store location located in New Bedford, MA.
Please be sure to carefully follow all return shipping instructions that are included with your Return Authorization Number.
Returns are not applicable on Special Price, Discounted items, Final Sale items, beauty products, hosiery or intimates.
